I came across Galloway Broadband by accident while desperately trying to find a provider for decent internet after the big players failed (BT, EE and Sky all had to accept returns as my house in Calside couldn’t get anything like the cover they promised!!)
Calside is by no means a rural community but without fibre, we are stuck with very poor internet!
The team are amazing, local lads that really know what they are doing! Local phone number, email replies super quickly, so easy to deal with! Set up arranged and they arrived exactly when they said – no staying in all day!! Instillation completed very professionally and with respect to my property. And the best bit, their monthly charge is very very competitive for incredibly good internet!! Let’s normalise paying a very reasonable fee for set up – real people coming and doing real work to set it up is worth every penny!!
